What does my Brambaly subscription include?

Your subscription includes the Brambaly standard website, the features you select, technology upgrades to keep your site in compliance with Google, and hosting. It does not include your email.

How do I sign-up?

How long does it take to build my site?

Your build time is dependant on the features you select. A standard Brambaly site at the DIY level will be up and running in a development environment within three business days. If you elect to have us help you build your Brambaly website, we'll develop a schedule for you.

I already have a website, how do I move to Brambaly?

Subscription

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, your Brambaly subscription will auto-renew on either a monthly or annual basis depending on the payment terms you've selected.

When does my subscription end/how do I cancel?

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Brambaly subscription websites are mobile friendly.

How much does it cost?

Brambaly subscription pricing varies based on the plan and options you select. You can get a quote by using our Get a Quote tool.

Designing Your Site

Do I have to know how to code?

Absolutely not!

Are there any other templates to pick from?

There is currently only one template; however, you can easily change colors, fonts, and images. If you'd like a custom template, please contact us Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST at (215) 255-6955 or toll-free at (888) 497-6431.

How do I make changes after my website is live?

Log in to your admin portal where you'll be able to edit each page of your site including fonts, colors, and logos.

Is there a user guide for managing my site?

We're working on a user guide. To submit your questions, email support@brambaly.com and we'll get you an answer.

What size should my images be?

As you upload each image to your website, you will see a note indicating the size each image should be including dimensions and file size limitations. For the best results, all images should be 72dpi at the actual size you need them. 

Do you support uploading videos?

While you can't physically upload a video to your website, you can add them to your YouTube channel and copy the embed code provided by YouTube to add the video to your website.

How do I change the colors?

Once you've logged into your admin portal, select the left navigation tab called "Theme Settings". Then select the option for "Color" and you'll be able to modify the colors in your website.

How do I change the fonts?

Once you've logged into your admin portal, click the left navigation tab "Theme Settings". Then select "Fonts" and you'll be able to select the fonts for your website.

Updating Your Website

How can I add an administrator to my site?

Once you've logged into your admin portal, click the left navigation tab called "sub admins". You'll be able to add a user and select what features they are able to access on log in. If you need to later remove an admin click the delete button near their name; to change their access, click the edit button to modify.

How do I change my logo?

Once you've logged into your admin portal, select the left navigation tab called "Theme Settings". The tab that loads is called "General" and you will be able to change all the instances of your logo used through your Brambaly website. Each logo is a different size, please check the note to ensure you are uploading the correct size images.

Hosting Questions

Can I pick my own URL?

Absolutely. To do this, you'll need to use a domain name registrar. We suggest using GoDaddy, Network Solutions or Google Domains.

How much is hosting?

Your website hosting is already bundled into your monthly fee. There are no additional fees for hosting.

Is email included in my hosting?

Email is not included in your hosting. If you'd like help with getting an email address for your new domain name or need help figuring out where to host your email, give us a call. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at (215) 255-6955 or toll-free at (888) 497-6431.

How do I make my site live?

Our team will make your website live once you've approved it. Contact your account manager for assistance or call us Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at (215) 255-6955 or toll-free at (888) 497-6431.

How is my website backed up?

Your Brambaly website is hosted with Amazon Web Services and backed up nightly. We keep 10 sequential days of back-ups. The oldest back-up is overwritten each night. For help retrieving a back-up, please give us a call. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at (215) 255-6955 or toll-free at (888) 497-6431. For urgent situations, please contact your account manager.

Security and Privacy

Is my website secure?

Yes, your website has been encrypted with an SSL certificate.

Is my website GDPR compliant?

Yes, all websites come equipped with GDPR notifications. You will need to have your attorney draft your GDPR policy and add it to the policies section of your website.

Will Google reCaptcha be integrated?

Yes, Brambaly uses Google reCaptcha to minimize or eliminate automated submissions on forms in your website.

Billing Questions

How do I update my payment method?

All billing happens on Authorize.net. When you receive an alert that your payment is due, you can click the link to log in and change your payment method.

How do I get receipts?

Can you help me with rebranding my company?

Yes, we would love to! We have a division of our company that specializes in branding.

Can you design print material for me?

Yes, absolutely! We can help you craft a marketing message and design engaging print materials that represent your company.

Will I have Google Analytics in my subscription?

Yes, Google Analytics is integrated into your website. We will either connect your existing account or create one for your website.

How will I know who visits my site?

You will be able to see how many people visit your website, how visitors find you, and more on Google Analytics. If you'd like software to give you more specifics, we're happy to make a recommendation.

Can you help me with SEO?

Absolutely, we can help you with SEO optimizing your website and building a plan to drive leads to your website using SEO optimized landing pages and content.

Can you help me with drip marketing?

Yes, we can help you with drip marketing campaigns. 

Can you help me with email marketing?

Yes, our Brambaly team is well versed in email marketing and we can help you build an effective campaign.

Can you help me with social media management and content?

You don't need a support contract to contact customer service; however, we will charge by the hour for support related calls. Your account manager can provide you with discounted package pricing.
